 About Us Formerly Santomas Vietnam Ltd., was established on 09/01/2002 under Investment license No. 30/GP-KCN-HN issued by Hanoi Industrial Zone Authority. Santomas Vietnam Ltd was 100% foreign-capital held by Santomas SDN BHD (Malaysia) with legal capital of 1,500,000 USD and total investment capital of 5,000,000 USD.
The second factory went into operation in 2006 with total number of machines in both factories up to 50 units. In 2007, Santomas Vietnam Ltd Company officially converted into Santomas Vietnam Joint Stock Company with registered captial of VND 64,000,000 equivalent to USD 4,000,000 USD.
From 2008 until now, the Company has continued to expand operation and increase investment in machinery and infrastructure. Currently, Santomas’s total capacity is 500 million parts, 200 moulds per year. |
