I-Den Vietnam was established in 2017 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of I-Den Co., Ltd., Japan.
For 50 years, our parent company, headquartered in the city of Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan has been engaged in the design and production of control panels for a variety of machine tools and other industrial machinery, as well as control panels and distribution panels for all kinds of plants, thus contributing to our many customers’ manufacturing work.
Starting in autumn of 2019, we also handle the coating process in house, becoming the first Japanese-owned company in Vietnam with an integrated production system for control panels.
We offer control panels and distribution panels with the quality that Japan is known for, at reasonable prices, leveraging our proprietary Iden Wiring Solution (IWS) method.
In the future, we aim to become a company that can deliver high quality products from Vietnam to the world. |  |
Integrated production factory for designing, sheet metal working, coating, and assembly of control panels
Sheet metal/Welding
By making full use of Komatsu Gatling press, press brake, and TIG/CO2 welding, we are able to process plates up to 3.2mm thick, and welding using adhesives is also possible during the welding process.
Painting
We have a 6M wide painting booth with an attached crane, and can also handle powder and solvent paints, making it especially possible to paint large and heavy objects. We also accept orders for painting only from outside the company.
Assembly/IWS production method (I-DEN Wiring Solution production method)
We offer control panels and distribution panels with the quality that Japan is known for, at reasonable prices, leveraging our proprietary Iden Wiring Solution (IWS) method.
