Since our establishment in 1995, Kyoshin VN (Now Rhythm VN (Saigon) has been engaged in the production of pressed products for more than 28 years in Vietnam. In 2012, we had built new factory in Ha Noi named Rhythm Kyoshin Hanoi (Now Rhythm Vietnam (Hanoi) Noi Bai Branch). We have continued to grow steadily with the objective of living up to the words of our customers - "When it comes to metal stamping, Ask for Rhythm !" Today, there are more than 40 million products made by our experienced Vietnamese staff and we handle an average of 500 types of products per month with a focus on automotive and two-wheelers as well as solar power generators, home appliances and motor assisted bicycles industries. We deliver products more than 80 customers not only within Vietnam, South East Asia but also to countries around the world.

Rhythm Vietnam (Saigon) will support any customers in the south, the middle of Vietnam and in overseas.
Rhythm Vietnam (Hanoi) Noi Bai Branch will support any customers in the north of Vietnam, mainly for domestic market.

What is Progressive stamping dies?
Press work (punching, bending, drilling, drawing...) by feeding sequentially strip (coiled) materials into a single die with multiple stages.
Pros: It is suitable for producing products with more complex shapes at high speeds and in large volumes in automated operations.
Cons: It is less efficient in terms of material yield than processing with a single-shot die. In the case of high-mix, low-volume production, the total cost, including the die cost, is higher than that of a single-shot die.

Our progressive stamping die is suitable for quantities of 10,000 to 1,000,000 pieces per month. In the cases small production lot like several thousands pieces per month or less, we can introduce some makers who are good at small lot production.

We design, process, and assemble progressive stamping dies in-house. We have produced more than 800 progressive dies since the start of operations in Vietnam.
We produce over-molded parts by using our own stamping parts.
Our in-house production process from metal stamping through over-molding,
from metal stamping through electro plating,
from metal stamping through heat treatment and
from stamping terminal, molding bobbin, winding coils through over molding,
all these in-house processes enable us to reduce production leadtime and its cost.

Malaysia(Plastic Resin, Copper wire, Stainless Steel).
The raw materials produced in Vietnam are not yet widely used.

Activity for CO2 reduction
We, Rhythm Vietnam (Saigon), have completed the installation of a solar power generation system on the roof of Factory 1 and started its operation in January 2024.
