 [Metal Stamping & Die Making] 29 Years of Proven Experience in Vietnam HIROTA PRECISION VIETNAM began operations in September 1997 at Nhon Trach Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province.
Our origin lies in bringing die-making technology to Vietnam at a time when even electricity was not yet widely available, and starting manufacturing here.
In 2009 we expanded to Vinh Phuc Province in the north, and we now operate four factories across the south and north.
We supply stamped parts, injection-molded parts and press dies to manufacturers of automobiles, motorcycles, home appliances and precision equipment.
Our parent company, Obayashi Seiko Co., Ltd. (Aichi, Japan), specializes in stamping and press die making for small precision parts used in cameras, office equipment, automobiles and more.
Our Vietnam factories have inherited its 54 years of technology and continue to refine it together with our Vietnamese engineers, who have grown alongside us like family.
In 29 years in Vietnam, we have never once stopped our factories, delivering more than 1,400 part numbers to over 100 customers.
With an integrated system from die making to mass production, we combine "high quality" with "cost competitiveness" and fully support our customers' local sourcing.

・Engineers raised like family
Together with our Vietnamese colleagues, we have carried on the die-making technology cultivated over 54 years in Japan. Many of our engineers have over 20 years of service, and we handle design, machining, assembly and maintenance in-house
・In-house die making, rare in southern Vietnam
We handle deep drawing, progressive and precision stamping, with presses up to 500 tons, wire EDM machines and a CMM (coordinate measuring machine)
・Integrated production
Everything from die making to stamping, injection molding (South), sheet metal fabrication and zinc plating (North) is completed in-house
・From small lots to mass production
Driven by our belief that "if even one customer needs just one part, we will respond," we have no minimum order quantity and handle everything from small lots to mass production. Our northern factory also offers die-less sheet metal fabrication (laser cutting, press brake bending)
