11/2003:
- Bought the manufacturing and business system of HDPE flexible pipe which specifically designed for power and communication cables (including 3 size Ø50, Ø80 & Ø100) from Thang Long industry pipe manufacturing company (a part of Thang Long Garment Company).
- Continued with developing the customer network of companies in power – electric construction field in Hanoi and FDI projects (mainly of Japan) in Vietnam.
- Broadened the customer network in the middle and the south of Vietnam, including companies on power – electric construction and lighting fields.

12/08/2004: Foudation of Thang Long manufacturing and Trading Company in Hanoi.

07/2005: The factory in Dong Van industrial zone, Ha Nam city went into operation.

2006:Imported 2 mordern production lines from South Korea.

12/02/2007: Opened Brand Office at Hochiminh city.

25/08/2007: Opened Brand Office at Quang Ngai city.

04/04/2007:Changed company name to BaAn Joint Stock Company.

- 07/2007:
- The company was restructured. Number of employees reached to over 60. The company logo’s was changed with slogan “safety – wealth – prosperity”
- Imported 3 mordern production lines from South Korea.
- Became a sole distributor in Vietnam of Hyundai Conduit, South Korea in distributing flexible zinc pipe and flexible plastic pipe.
