 MY PHUOC INDUSTRIAL PARK I
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 452/QĐ-TTg on June 14, 2002 of Prime Minister.
Pursuant to the Decree approving the assessments of environmental impact No. 420/QD-BKHCN on 10/10/2002 of the Ministry of Science and Technulogy.
Sewage treatment systems: the sewage factory consists of two modules with a total capacity of 8,000 m3/day which receives sewage of daily activities and production for businesses operating in the area . Sewage after treatment is supposed to meet standards of Vietnam 5945-2005, culumn A (KF = 0.9, kq = 0.9) which is discharged into rivers Thi Tinh.

Monitoring on and doing reports of environmental quality periodically four times a year for sewage and twice a year for others environmential. Results of monitoring environmental quality.
The environment fee for sewage is made up a list and summitted quarterly.
Registration of the sewage owner No. 74.000294.T is provided by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Duong province.
Currently, there are 46 enterprises has connected to the sewage treament system of the industrial park. Meanwhile, there are 3 enterprises in the industrial park having the sewage treatment by themself: Chanh Duong Company, Nutifood Join-stock Company, Panko Vina Co., Ltd. (phase 2).
