Facilities and infrastructure status in Industrial Zone
- Power Supply: My Xuan B1 Industrial Zone is available with the 110/22KV-2x40MVA Power Substation, which is chiefly supplying power to production factories in Industrial Zone. The power supply to this substation is connected from National power network and PhuMy thermal Power Plant; Assuring to supply 22KV power to the fence of factories continuously 24hours/day.
- Water Supply: Cleaned water supplying for investors shall be supplied from PhuMy underground water plant with capacity of 20,000m3/day and day. Assuring to supply cleaned water to the fence of factories continuously 24hours/day.
- Telecommunication system: The Industrial Zone is available with sufficient telecommunication network assuring the convenient telecommunication in domestic and international calls. This network provide wide range of telecommunication applications such as telephone, fax, mobile, internet for Investor. The time for providing service for these applications can be made within 7-10 days.
- Roads inside and outside Industrial Zone: The roads are asphalt ones available for vehicles of H30. The width ranges from 8m, 15m wide, coupled with the sidewalks, lighting and planting, which makes a good view for the Industrial Zone.
- Water drainage system: At present, there are two separate sewage pipeline systems; one for storm water and for industrial wastewater.
- Waste water treatment plant: There will be a Wastewater Treatment Plant for the whole My Xuan B1 Industrial Zone with capacity of 10.000 m3/day. |

IDICO was founded under the official letter No. 1011/CP-DMDN dated November 7th 2000 by the Prime Minister, the Decision No. 26/2000/QD-BXD dated December 6th 2000 and the Decision No. 1768/QD-BXD dated November 21st 2006 by Minister of Construction in regards to transforming Urban And Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation into the form of Mother Corporation - Subsidiaries.
Being the State Corporation, IDICO has played a major role in the construction and economic development of Vietnam. The name of IDICO has been known as the leading Corporation on development investment of industrial zones; urban &residential areas; hydropower; BOT transport; ports; tourism; hotels; producing of construction materials and execution of civil and industrial projects.
IDICO has subsidiaries operating in provinces and cities such as Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Long An, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Quang Ngai, Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Vinh Phuc... These systems of subsidiaries Companies have ability on construction, finance and experience in the field of investment, construction, consultant, tourism service and building material production...

With the motto “Investment for development”, IDICO have invested and developed projects of industrial zones, urban and residential area, resort, hotel, construction material production, BOT transport, hydropower plant and constructed many high-value projects. All the projects invested, managed and constructed by IDICO always obtain high efficient, high quality, meeting demand of customers and market.
IDICO is the leading investor in developing industrial zones. At present, IDICO is investing, managing and operating 17 industrial zones nationwide with the total area of 10,000 hectares and the investment capital of approximately 10,000 billion VND in provinces such as Dong Nai, Baria Vungtau, Long An, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Binh Thuan, Ha Noi, Thai Binh…, that includes industrial zones of Nhon Trach I, Nhon Trach 5, My Xuan A, My Xuan B1, Phu My II, Kim Hoa, Cau Nghin …
The industrial zones invested by IDICO are constructed the complete technical infrastructure that are interested by investors, so they are occupied quickly. Up to now, they have attracted over two hundred domestic and foreign investors with the investment capital of over UD$ 6,5 billion. That has created job for over 100,000 labors. By investment into industrial zones, IDICO have gained close relationship with domestic and foreign investors as well as valuable experiences so that we can develop successfully industrial zones which are being and will be invested.
Except the specific major field in development of industrial zones, IDICO have succeeded in the fields of hydropower and transportation projects which marked trade mark of IDICO for those fields. At present, IDICO is investing and managing the hydropower plants and traffic projects such as:
- Four hydropower projects with capacity of 340MW and investment capital of USD 409 million, among which Srok Phu Mieng project in Binh Phuoc province with capacity of 51MW generated power at the end of 2006 and Dak Mi 4 project in Quang Nam province with capacity of 220MW generated power by 2010.
- Five traffic projects with investment capital of VND 20,612 billion, among which the project An Suong An Lac route under National Highway No. 1A began its toll operation in 2005, the project of Noi Bai Vinh Yen route under National Highway No. 2 which began its toll operation in 2008. Especially, the BOT project of widening National Highway No. 51 (VND 2,300 billion), Bienhoa Vungtau expressway (approximately VND 17,000 billion) invested by IDICO - the leader among the investors such as Song Da Corporation and the Bank for Investment Development of Vietnam will be constructed in the second quarter of 2009.
- Moreover, IDICO is investing and deployed the investment procedures for port projects (Son My deepwater port – Binh Thuan province, My Xuan port – Baria Vungtau province), underground parking at Tao Dan park and high road which has been approved by Hochiminh City People’s Committee for IDICO to develop in next years.
Through these projects, IDICO have improved abilities of finance and experiences, especially has formed the active, creative staff with qualified abilities of management, organization of projects. As a result, the trade mark of IDICO is consolidated and firmly available in the market.
