2. Transportation system:
a. Traffic road: is located in the center of Northern key economic region including HaNoi – Quang Ninh – Hai Phong, with advantages on road and water transportation.
b. Waterway: Que Vo 2 industrial zone is nearby SongCau Port, Cailan Port.
3. Land Characters:
The land area at Que Vo 2 IZ mainly is clay. Therefore, it’s very useful for construction of industrial projects with medium and big scale.

5. Facilities and infrastructure status in the industrial zone
a. Power Supply:
The Power is supplied from Tien Son 220/110KV Substation. Sothat, the power supply to the industrial zone is often stable. IDICO assure to supply 22KV power to the fence of factories continuously 24hours/day.
b. Water supply: Clean water supplying to Investors shall be supplied from the underground water Plant with volume 5,000m3/day. IDICO assure to supply cleaned water to the fence of factories continuously 24hours/day.
c.Telecommunication system:
The industrial zone is available with sufficient telecommunication network assuring the convenient telecommunication in domestic and international calls. This network provide wide range of telecommunication applications such as telephone, fax, mobile, internet for Investor.
d. Roads inside and outside Industrial Zone:
The internal roads are asphalt ones available for vehicles of H30. The width ranges from 8m, 15m wide, coupled with the sidewalks, lighting and planting, which makes a good view for the Industrial Zone.
f. Water drainage system:
There are two separate sewage pipeline systems; one for storm water and one for industrial wastewater.
g. Waste water treatment plant:
There will be a wastewater treatment plant for the whole Que Vo 2 industrial zone with volume of 8.000 m3/day. IDICO assure to receive wastewater from the fence of factories to discharge into wastewater treatment plant of the industrial zone.
6. Price of subleasing land and Infrastructure maintenance fee: (excluding of VAT)
* Package payment: 40-50USD/m2/49years
- Payment of 50% of total amount in the first year.
- Payment of 50% of total amount in the second year.
* The infrastructure maintenance fee: 0.30 USD/m2/year (Including management fee, infrastructure maintain, lighting, security, green tree…)
